I like to play with my baby brother Sage. He is very funny because how he looks.

One day my dad got an email from his mom about me. The email said that there was a newspaper that wrote about me. The newspaper was from Portland, Oregon. They put me on the newspaper because they checked my website and thought it was cool. They had a picture of me on the website. This is what they said about me on the newspaper website:

Crazy Train Evil Guy

I practice guitar everyday at my guitar class. I used to play the acoustic but now I'm practicing electric guitar. My teacher asked me if I wanted to try the electric guitar and I liked it more. To me it is funner than acoustic guitar.

My dad and mom bought me an electric guitar and I think it's going to come today. My teacher helped me buy my guitar. He showed me each guitar I could buy on the computer. I picked the guitar I wanted, because it wasn't pink. I'm going to take a picture of my guitar and show you what it looks like.

I talked to my dad's mom (Nana) and I told her I was getting a new guitar and I am learning how to play Crazy Train by Ozzy. She didn't know the song so she wanted me to put the song on my website. Here it is. Ozzy is a very scary guy. He looks scary and evil.

After I learn it really well I will play Crazy Train and my dad will take a video and put it on my website.

Queen Rock Ballet

On Tuesday it was Children's Day in Korea, so me, dad and mom went to the Queen Rock Ballet.

I had lots of fun at the Queen Rock Ballet. My favorite song was We Are The Champions. It was so fun I just loved it. I wish I could see the real Queen bad, but that's OK I still loved it. It was more fun than I thought it would be. The ballet dancers were so good and awesome. I wish I could go again and again.

I wish I knew all the dancers at the Queen Rock Ballet. It was so fun, it almost blew up my head to little pieces. I love Queen a lot. So does my dad, mom, and baby brother Sage Lee Johnathan Eckel. I wish Queen still made more songs, but they don't make any more songs because the singer died.

These are the Queen videos. I chose these because one was funny and the other one was live in concert. These are my favorite songs.

Flat Stanley Plays with Me

Alyjah is my friend. He is sending me Flat Stanley and we will take pictures with Flat Stanley. I will send all the pictures back to Alyjah's school so all of the other kids can see them. I don't know what I'm supposed to do with Flat Stanley yet, but Alyjah will tell me.

Korea looks different than America. The pictures of Flat Stanley might be strange because Korea has different kinds of stuff. I might take pictures of Flat Stanley in Temples, my Hap-Ki-Do class, at the park, at the ocean, at 삼신초등학교 (elementary school), where we buy toys, at our house, my art class, and my guitar class.

What place do you guys want me to take Flat Stanley pictures?

My Books - Mr. Popper's Penguins

I just finished Mr. Popper's Penguins on March 31st. The authors names are Richard and Florence Atwater. The book has 139 pages.

Mr. Popper was just a painter and when it's vacation for him, they don't have that much money. But when a box came, he opened it and a penguin came out. And then he took it in a shower to wash it off. Later, they fed him shrimp and then the penguin felt ill. The penguin was very lonely. When they got another penguin he wasn't that ill anymore. And then they had 12 babies. And when they made an idea that they were going to a circus to show the penguins play so they could have money. And lots of people enjoyed their show but the penguins distracted other peoples show. But they still got lots of money and they went to hotels. But one time when they were doing another show Mr. Popper got arrested because he went into a room that he should not go in. But he tried to save his penguins lives because of the big seals could smash them. And when he left his penguins the man who got the penguins said Mr. Popper could go to the North Pole with the penguins and the man crew on his boat.

This book gets five stars

Soren's Song

This song is from Jonathan. I first saw him on my dad's website. He is a songwriter. He writes a song EVERY day and he puts it on his website. This is Jonathan's website http://www.rockcookiebottom.com/.

I look at his website every day to learn songs. And we asked him to make a song for me. And that's why there's a song called Soren's Song.

I am VERY happy!!!! When I heard the song I thought it was great. So does my dad and my mom. My little brother shook his head up and down. That means he likes it. And he danced a little.

My three favorite songs of Jonathan's are Soren's Song, and then Paul Krugman, and then Kikkoman. Kikkoman song was pretty funny. My dad laughed a lot when he saw the kikkoman video.

I'm playing the guitar and I'm learning a lot from a really good teacher. And I'm writing lots of songs. And I know tons of songs too. I will put my song video on my website. It might take a couple days to finish. Today I am going to write another song. And that's why I'm skipping my art class.

My Books - Barack Obama's Lifetime

I just finished a book of Obama called "Barack Obama, United States President" by Roberta Edwards.

Obama loved basketball when he was a kid. His mom was white and his dad was black. But Obama was mixed with his mom and dad. Even though there is some bad words on his school's bathroom door about black people, he did not care. He just thought about doing the right thing.

Obama went to lots of places when he was a kid. He was born in Hawaii and his mom was born in Kansas and his dad was born in Kenya. His dad died from a car accident. And his mom died from cancer.

He used to live in Jakarta, Indonesia when his mom married again. He had a pet monkey and two baby corcodiles and lots of chickens running around. But his mom thought that school wasn't good enough for him so he lived with his grandmother and grandfather in Hawaii.

He had lots of fun with his family but his mom told him about his dad. He kind of understood about him but when his father came to Hawaii his father said "Go to your room and study." But Barack Obama was like "Why do I have to go to my room and listen to that stranger?" Later he figured out that that was his father.

He bacame President in 2009 but his grandmother died two days before the election. And it was very sad for Barack Obama that his mother and father and grandmother and grandfather had died before the election and he could have shared the celebration with them.

He has two girls. Malia is two years older than me and Sasha is the same age as me. The age of Barack Obama and his family and our family is about the same.

This book gets four stars

Me and my dad like to watch Lord of the Rings a lot. But my mom says it's too violent but I still watch it with my dad. But in Korea right now we can't watch it because we don't have the movie right now but in America I usually watched it.

I saw the Lord of the Rings Online game at Emart so that made me come up with putting the picture on my website.

Emart is a big shopping place thousands of people go there and my dad buys me toys and sometimes I buy some toys. My dad usually buys toys there for my birthday or for Christmas. And my dad bought Yugioh cards for me and Min Seok and a lot of good cards came out of the box. Min Seok is my cousin.

This is my painting at art class. This picture was made from Vincent Van Gogh. I go everyday except Sunday and Saturday. This picture took three days. I did it all by myself and the teacher didn't help me. They showed the picture so I copied it. A lot of other kids copied it too. I almost found all the colors and they were all correct. But sometimes I got tired. I don't know what the brown thing is. The hardest part was the brown thing because we didn't draw it in pencil. We drew it with crayon and then we painted it.

I learned a new color. I mixed up a dark brown and a light blue and it makes kind of like a shadow color. I drew a new picture and painted it. It looks like a real clock and desk. When I finish my 3rd sketchbook, I will show you the clock and desk picture. I have three more pages to go until I finish my 3rd sketch book.
